About me

As an independent consultant, I can contribute with dedicated senior and hands-on expertise at a more competitive price than the larger established players.

After 15 years in global consulting houses and 5 years with senior strategy positions in larger Danish companies, I established myself in 2023 as an independent strategy advisor.

It is my experience that the larger international consulting houses can absolutely add great value, but the demand for independent strategy advisors is increasing. More and more companies are realizing the value that having an experienced consultant dedicated to a project can add to a project rather than a team where part of the tasks are often carried out by less experienced consultants. At the same time, the lower costs for independent consultants enable a very competitive alternative.

A long career in Denmark and abroad as a strategy consultant combined with five years of experience from management positions in larger Danish companies means that I understand the complexity that lies on the other side of the Powerpoint presentation.
