Market assessment

Development or updating of business strategy at Group or Business Unit level. The process typically consists of a number of internal analyzes of e.g. margins, growth etc. combined with one or more workshops with management to ensure validation and buy-in.

Examples of questions that are typically worked with:​

  • What developments are taking place in the market

  • Who are/what are our competitors doing?

  • Where do we make money/where do we grow?

  • Which services/products should we focus on in the future?

  • Which skills should we invest in?

  • What are our Must Win Battles?
